Forgot your password

Type your username and we'll send a reset link to the email address on the account.

We ask for the username, not an email, because that's what you sign in with — and plenty of accounts here have no email of their own.

Not every account can be reset by email.
  • Gave an email when you signed up? The link goes there.
  • Under 13? It goes to the parent or guardian who approved the account — they can open the link and set the new password with you.
  • Did a teacher create your login? Then it has no email attached and no link can be sent. Ask your teacher — they can set a new password for you from their class page.
